ARMG International‘s staff and management flew from Manila to Davao for the opening of its 3rd branch last February 16, 2013. The event was initiated by a mass which was facilitated by Fr. Ben Capulong – Tibungco followed by an appetizing lunch. To make the 1st day of ARMG Davao happy & put the employees in high spirit, The CEO, Mr. Arnold B. Gujelde threw away cash blessings!

ARM-G personnel and staff rejoiced as it passes the two part audit of TUV SUD Philippines. The first audit was held on February 23, 2013, as Ms. Eunice Sol Diamante, the auditor, reviews the QMS and all the procedures of the company, leaving a lot of observations which the management has to complete before the final audit stage.

March 9, 2013, as the day begins, all was set for the final audit. After a two week preparation and compliance on the observations from the first audit, the company, together with its QMR, Ms. Jayzel E. Gujilde and the Managers made a job well done as it obtains its recommendation for the certification of ISO 9001:2008.

As part of the company’s improvement and expansion, being ISO certified will surely help the company to convey its mission and vision by delivering quality services and ensure customer satisfaction.

“UNLEASHED. A Night of All-Out Musical Performances” is the ARM-G’s theme for its Christmas Party 2012 which is tentatively scheduled on December 22-23, 2012. The Human Resource Department presents list of Christmas-related activities that would showcase the creativity, resourcefulness and talents of ARM-G Staff and Personnel with big amount of cash/non cash prizes. It’s more fun in ARM-G!

With the theme “UNLEASHED. A NIGHT OF ALL-OUT PERFORMANCE”, ARM-G Staff and Personnel were gathered last December 22, 2012 at Villa Silvina Resort dressed with their look-a-like music artists.

After the night of excitement and fun, the party continues as the employees enjoyed their time with the waters of the resort. To make everyone’s day complete, a lot of games were brought by HR department to entertain each and everyone. It was an extraordinary feeling to see smiling faces as the year 2012 ends.

After waiting for several months for the ISO certificate, at last! ARM-G logistics finally received the certificate last 31 May 2013. The certificate symbolizes not just the quality system of the company; in a deeper perspective, it reflects the hard work and cooperation of each and every employee of ARM-G as they continue to take the path of excellence in their field. It is also a product of commitment made with “less ME and more WE” or harmony in achieving ONE GOAL & ONE MISSION.

ARM-G Logistics, Inc. held its 1st Quarter Awarding Ceremony last April 2012 at City Garden Suites, Manila. The event was organized to give recognition for the hard works, commitment, diligence and dedication of the people behind ARM-G’s success and was attended by special guests (from various companies), colleagues, families, relatives and friends.

Who were these people behind ARM-G’s success? Staff and Personnel from Operations Department, Human Resource Department, and Accounting/Finance Department had received cash/noncash incentives. The highlight of the occasion was the awarding of plaques and certificates for the outstanding and top performing and earning Sales & Marketing Personnel in different categories. It was indeed a meaningful and fruitful night in the history of ARM-G Logistics, Inc.
