ARM-G personnel and staff rejoiced as it passes the two part audit of TUV SUD Philippines. The first audit was held on February 23, 2013, as Ms. Eunice Sol Diamante, the auditor, reviews the QMS and all the procedures of the company, leaving a lot of observations which the management has to complete before the final audit stage.

March 9, 2013, as the day begins, all was set for the final audit. After a two week preparation and compliance on the observations from the first audit, the company, together with its QMR, Ms. Jayzel E. Gujilde and the Managers made a job well done as it obtains its recommendation for the certification of ISO 9001:2008.

As part of the company’s improvement and expansion, being ISO certified will surely help the company to convey its mission and vision by delivering quality services and ensure customer satisfaction.
