ARM-G(originally standing for the first letter of the names of Gujilde family members). Mr. Angelino M. Gujilde, Sr. and Ms. Ma. Luisa B. Gujilde, the humble couple and business partners from Palawan, Philippines, started their business in fishing and trucking on 1980.

With a positive vision to continue the family business, their third son, Mr. Arnold B. Gujelde, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration and later on became the President & CEO of the company, left the province and tried his luck in Metro Manila to explore the big market on the year 2002. He started to work with various companies which made him gain remarkable experience in freight forwarding industry; and opened doors of countless opportunities that encouraged him to venture his own business “ABG Brokerage Services” on October 2006.

Because of high demands in freight forwarding passing through his brokerage services, he took the risk of catering existing clients’ requirements of having a one stop freight forwarder and customs clearing service provider, and thus ARM-G Air & Sea Logistics Inc. was established on March 13, 2008 ,wherein only three (3) employees ran the operation.

Operating the day-to-day business in a small room at Blanco Arms Building, Pasay City was a challenge for the company to strive and work harder to get known in the industry. In doing so, the company hired sales people which paved the way in the establishment of Sales Department, requiring the company for a bigger space to impress the clients and to support its operation.

The first two years was a big challenge for ARM-G since the company is a neophyte in the industry. ARM-G struggled hard to compete and get noticed in the market. On its third year, ARM-G finally grabbed a name in the forwarding business, gaining the trust of various multinational companies from different industries, locally and internationally. As the company entered the limelight, its personnel grew a number.

As one of the most dynamic integrated logistics solutions provider in the Philippines, the company is dedicated to provide the innovative logistic services in the industry; creating simple yet efficient supply-chain solutions that consistently create value and improve services to ensure customers satisfaction.

On January 2011 , the company opened its branch office at Cebu, Philippines to widen its business and to be able to provide the immense demand of international and domestic freight forwarding in Visayas and Mindanao Region.

Because of the high demands of forwarding requirements from customers, ARM-G International Logistics, Inc., a sister-company of ARM-G Air and Sea Logistics, Inc., emerged and was organized on February 11, 2011.

As a part of continuous improvement of the company, ARM-G Logistics Inc. is gearing up for the ISO 9001 : 2008 to be globally competitive in the forwarding industry. With its dominant Quality Management System, the company is able to meet its Mission and Vision.
